Full-arch implant rehabilitation has been transformed by digital dentistry. What once required multiple impressions, manual articulation and long laboratory turnaround can now be planned, designed and manufactured with remarkable precision. 1. Data capture and photogrammetry

Accurate data is the foundation of every successful full-arch case. Intraoral scanning captures soft tissue and prosthetic information, while photogrammetry accurately records the spatial position of multi-unit abutments. Combining these datasets removes the distortion risk associated with conventional impressions.

2. Design and prosthetic planning

With clean scan data, the design team establishes the prosthetic envelope, tooth position and emergence profile. This is where clinical intent is translated into a manufacturable design, taking into account the implant brand, multi-unit screw type and material selection.

3. Try-in and verification
